The hunt for justice is on!!!

The hunt for justice is on! Its merely 6 months since I rejoined my profession, I have tried to make myself a better lawyer everyday. Today was one of the days I will cherish forever. Got listed my first ever Public Interest Litigation before the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court on the issue of teacher's confirmation. My Lords were pleased to issue notice of motion. The best part is that there are lot more to come in coming days with my dream PIL going to be listed next week. I am eagerly waiting for the time to come.

Bechara Kisan

Hi,

Was thinking today that I find no one who actually works for the benefit of Kisan community in India. Well, certainly the long list also includes my name also. There are loty of bloggers who comment about various things in their blogs. But any body has not commented about the position of the Kisan who actually works so that we can get some food. Not many leaders ( except Ch. Chotu Ram, Ch. Charan Singh etc. ) no body has cared enough to do anything for the real benefit of this class. I have decided today that I will start working on the life of Kisan also alongwith lot of duties which have been undertaken by me.

its my permanent comeback on blogger. dont know what to write but i have started reading. the reading about the great persons in the history of India. Swami Vivekananda, Chanakya. the health renovation program has also started. Hope i regain my inner strength to prove the world that I am real rebel.........

Going to Jind

Well, the weekend is finally here. I am lot excited about going to Jind for 3 days holiday. Thanks to Christmas, it has given me reason to smile today. It was b'day of my kid today. He grew 1 year older. There was one more good news to cheer. Finally ICICI Lombard is 5 days a week company. I have 4 extra holidays in a month now. It was a good decision taken by management.

So, guys, happy weekend and Merry Christmas.

It's so tough to think in favour of our mother earth

I have experienced one thing for sure, all persons around us who are thinking them selves as true gentlemen. They find it very tough when they have to think about environment, about the nature. Everybody around is busy in minting money. No body is actually bothered to think about how to protect the world. How to stop the global warming. I would actually like to give my more views on the subject but for now. I would like to take your leave as there are lots of guests I have in my home today. So, it's actually very tough to give time to write long blogs.

I am back

Hi all,

I am back on blogger. Well last one year has been a happening one for me. I left my practice, I joined corporate to become Legal Manager in ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. Well many things have changed in me and my life. Both personal and professional. I will keep on updating about every new thing in my life now. We will keep on discussing every new happening in India and in my life too.
